Delivery & Returns
- The delivery charge is £5.50 flat fee for all deliveries using a standard service in the UK only.
- if you are outside of mainland U.K please check for courier rates.
- Please contact us for a quote for deliveries outside the Uk mainland.
- We use DPD Courier Service.
- All orders will be delivered within 2-5 days.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- There is an extra charge for Saturday deliveries - please contact for a quote.
- our packaging is all recycled paper/card and shredded packing.
- To receive your package we require a signature or a safe place to leave item in the event of no one to sign for .
- Please leave your telephone number in the event of delivery complications with the courier.
- Please check your package as soon as it arrives for missing items or breakages, if in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return , please email us for a returns slip along with your name and order number.Please note that items need to be returned back to us within 30 days of the receipt of the parcel, complete and in a reasonable condition, we would ask you please to return in the original packaging where possible.This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please note that, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, we are not responsible for return postage.
- large Items/Furniture: please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couiriers ( the £9 cost for this will be deducted from your refund, with the exception of faulty or damaged items)- simply email us with your name and order number and date and we will organise a collection convenient for you.
- Small Items : Once you have contacted us , please ensure that you include the returns slip ( we will e mail you ) and you can return your parcel using a few methods including Royal mail , please keep hold of a certificate of posting in case for whatever reason the parcel fails to reach us., or you can use a dedicated returns service www.collectplus.co.uk for just 4.99 per parcel which gives you many options of a collection service or a drop off point at over 3.500 local shops in the UK which are often open early until late , 7 days a week.You will receive proof of purchase , £40 insurance and a online tracking code to keep progress on your parcel.
